Sessions are held at my home in Avon, in a quiet room with private parking. You stay fully clothed. You can talk or stay silent. Nothing is asked of you that you do not want to give.

New to Reiki? A shorter first session to meet, talk through what you’re carrying, and experience the work. Extra time is built in, so there is no rush at the start.

60-minute Reiki Session

Deep relaxation with time to settle, and room for conversation before and after.

90-minute Reiki Session

A longer, unhurried session for when you want to go deeper and take your time.

If you are in active cancer treatment now, or have been within the past year, this rate is for you — just book. Same session, same time; only the price is different. Reiki is not covered by insurance, and the reduced price exists to make this support affordable at the point where it can help most.

Six sessions for intensive, weekly work on something you’re actively moving through. Valid for three months.

Ten sessions at a gentle pace, giving you the time and space for a sustained sense of balance. Valid for twelve months.
Clinical Reiki integration, Reiki certification, and staff training for institutions are offered by inquiry. Sessions are complementary to — not a substitute for — licensed medical care.
Practical details
Before you come.
- Where. 35 Anvil Drive, Avon, Connecticut. Private parking.
- First visit. Book the 45-minute First Visit. It allows time to talk through your concerns and goals before the session begins.
- What to wear. Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. You remain fully clothed throughout.
- Cancelling. You may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
- Insurance. Reiki is not covered by insurance. Payment is taken at booking.
